1. How do I join DNG Worldwide?
You can join us by asking your sponsor to register you to become a member. There are superb benefits that are member exclusive. No referral or sponsor please feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Are the products in DNG halal ?
Yes. They definitely are ! All our products are certified by the government through cGMP & halal certification to ensure it’s not only safe to consume and will also bring the intended nutrients to your body.
3. I’ve submitted an enquiry but have yet to receive a response. What should i do?

4. If my product is defected, spoilt, or expired. How do I get a replacement?
Call our hotline at 03-8075 0711 and our assigned staff will attend to your matter within 24 hours.
5. Can I sell the products on e-Commerce platforms such as Shoppe and Lazada?
Yes, you are allowed to sell on e-Commerce platforms on the condition that it’s above the distributor’s price. This includes selling on Facebook and also selling in retail shops. If members are found to be selling below the distributor’s price, the account will be terminated rendering all points, rewards, and amount in it to be nulled.
6. Am I allowed to use the company’s name & logo to promote the products on promotional materials?
No, you are not allowed to use it. Unless you have obtained written authorization from the company to do so.
